Supplier & Contractor Management

 

PRIME can offer two options that will provide effective management of contractors and other suppliers.

The first is as part of the PRIME COMPLIANCE MONITORING module, while the second is a separate CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT module that gives more in-depth capability and functionality.

They are both described below, but it is important to note that all PRIME modules are easy to integrate to each other, and share the same characteristics.

Contractor Management as part of Compliance Monitoring

The PRIME Compliance Monitoring module includes provision for basic monitoring of contractors.

The system will store details of Contractors and information on their qualifications, certificates and insurances.

This is normally stored as an Annual Register check, but will also allow for automatic notification to relevant people of dates for renewal of any documents such as Public Liability Insurance or industry certification. 

Contractor Management Module

This is a comprehensive module that allows for the storage of information relating to contracting companies and their employees, including full address and contact details and relevant qualifications. The system can be customised to your exact requirements to help you manage supplier credentials.

This therefore acts as a contacts library to enable users to find details of authorised suppliers and contractors to use, but it also monitors the qualification expiry date and alerts the appropriate user when an expiry date is approaching and/or has passed.  This ensures that authorised contractors are prompted to submit details of the validity of their qualifications.
