Lake District Estates Co Ltd’s areas of operation include residential lettings and the management of caravan parks, a marina complex, self-catering holidays, private holiday ownership, retail outlets and two Heritage Visitor Attractions – Ullswater Steamers and Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway.
Lake District Estates chose Prime to work with due to their experience of working in the holidays and leisure sector and their level of Health & Safety expertise in the business.
After the initial set up for the holiday parks, Prime were asked to provide a bespoke Compliance Monitoring system to be used within the management of the rental properties, which was followed by an extension of the system to the Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway and Ullswater Steamers. Today, Lake District Estates use Prime Systems for all their safety compliance monitoring, accident and incident reporting and safety documentation management.
