The Compliance Monitoring system provides a comprehensive set of site/location reports and user defined checklists. These range in frequency from daily to annual, providing a format for users to record controls and checks that they perform in compliance with the organisation’s health and safety policy, and insurance requirements.
The system monitors any open defects and when the resolution date is approaching, or passes, can send e-mail reminders to the relevant people to ensure the defect is actioned. The defects can be viewed and analysed in easy to use screens, using filters and export facilities.
The system incorporates a ‘Registers’ facility that can be used to control virtually anything from physical items such as vehicles, to licences, risk assessments, staff training and insurance certificates. Documents can be uploaded and managed and if any of these items has an expiry date then that date will be tracked and the relevant people will be alerted when the date is approaching and passed. Managers then have the ability to see an overview of all registers by expiry date, helping them to plan their work and ensure no important dates are missed.
