On Friday 20th May the HSE switched off the automated gateway that our customers use for reporting RIDDORs. This is a shame as Prime sends hundreds of RIDDORs every year through this gateway, giving our customers an efficient and reliable way to report to the HSE. Going forward, the only way to report will be via their online form, so we have implemented some changes in Prime to help our users cope with this change. We are pleased to say we have turned this around quickly, in time for the change, and have made the system work smoothly to handle how RIDDORs now need to be reported, including easy to follow pages and automatic email reminders if any RIDDORs go unreported.
All our customers have now been sent guidance on this change and we will work with the HSE to help with a new automated gateway when they are able to provide one.
