Prime Systems celebrate record breaking year for new business

January is the month when businesses tend to take stock of the year gone by and set targets for the year ahead. With that in mind, Prime Systems are delighted to confirm that 2019 was a record breaking year in terms of new business – their best figures since the business began. 2020 has also started well with new customers coming on board already.

Among the new customers who joined Prime were Hollywood Bowl, Discover Parks and GLH who you can read more about below.

Hollywood Bowl run 75 Bowling Centres around the UK. Prime have been chosen to help manage their Accident & Incident reporting along with automated reporting and monitoring. Discover Parks run three large holiday parks on the Herefordshire/Wales border. Prime is supporting their business management team to record their Accident & Incident Reporting, Compliance Monitoring and Document Library. GLH manage 14 London hotels across the Guoman, Hard Rock and Thistle brands and are also using Accident & Incident Reporting, with Compliance Monitoring to follow this year.

Paul Ramsell, Director at Prime, said, “While I knew we were busy I didn’t quite appreciate how busy! We’re delighted to welcome our new clients on board and we’re really looking forward to working with them in 2020 and helping them to achieve their own business goals. Not forgetting our long standing customers too who are just as important to us, it has been so rewarding to help some of them extend their use of Prime and use the applications as a business management tool.”

It looks like it’s going to be another busy year for Prime too with the launch of their new offline Accident and Incident reporting application. The offline app will be a huge benefit to customers who need to report from remote locations where data and wifi signals are not available. Being able to function offline means less user frustration due to poor connectivity. The offline app is now available for android phones in the Google Play Store.

If you would like to have a no obligation chat with Paul about how Prime could help your business then feel free to give him a call on 01494 778877 or drop him an email.
