Intuitive and easy to use

Prime’s Accident and Incident Reporting module records accidents and incidents to employees and members of the public, incidents, enforcement visits and near misses. Users are led through an process to ensure that information is captured quickly and completely. Nominated managers are immediately notified of serious accidents and incidents when they are reported by a site. Staff absences are also monitored through the system. In the UK the system follows the RIDDOR rules and will alert the user that the accident might be RIDDOR reportable. It will automatically prepare and submit the F2508 form to the HSE electronic gateway (excluding Northern Ireland) following approval by an authorised manager.

Detailed and comprehensive

The flexible reporting allows for detailed analysis of the accident data by area, injury type, public, employees, etc and will automatically identify trends and hotspots. Management reports can be scheduled and distributed to regional/area managers for their own areas of the business.

The module also includes detailed management of follow-up and investigation processes including the capture of photographs, witness statements and related documents giving instant access to evidence to either contest or quickly settle any claims. The module also controls the collection, validation and sign-off of all specified documents to ensure company policy and procedure are followed.
