The audit tool allows a user to manage and organise ad-hoc audits in advance and set up all audit visits to agreed objectives and select which areas are to be audited, all audit reports for site management to complete can be shared in advance and easily completed at the end of the audit visit.
Ad-hoc audits can be tailored to address concerns as they arise, allowing organisations to adapt their health and safety strategies based on real-time information. Findings and recommendations can easily be shared and tracked to enable long-term monitoring of issues and targets. Site staff and management are updated on the status of an audit, e.g.: when agreed actions become overdue, or when reviews are completed, and reports are produced to cover all aspects of the audit, findings and recommendations.
