Prime’s Contractor Management module helps you to control risks and proactively manage contractors with centralised storage of information relating to contracting companies and their employees and visibility of contractor status.
A central contacts library enables users to find details of authorised suppliers and contractors. A comprehensive set of management reports is provided that enable data to be extracted for review, sharing and monitoring of contractors and to ensure processes are transparent and any required documentation is up to date.
The module is intuitive and customisable, for example, prompts can be set for users when required, and dates can be flagged for automatic reminders to be sent to internal staff. If desired, these can also be sent directly to the contractor to request updates on insurance, Risk Assessments, certificates, projects and more. Creating an intuitive ecosystem that helps you to keep ahead of regulatory requirements.
The contractor management application allows for multiple users across different organisations specifically as you require, this speeds up document processing. A feature of the application is a Supplier Portal whereby suppliers can self-register, complete the relevant questions, and enter the required such as information on accreditations and insurance.
