On 15 December 2020 we hosted the first online Prime User Conference. We were disappointed to not see you all in person this year but it was great to see so many of you on our screens and we hope you still found #PUC2020 useful and interesting.

We focused on the events that have unfolded this year with updates about Prime’s COVID response, shared customer experiences as well as an expert discussion surrounding staff welfare and well-being.

We were delighted to welcome two guest speakers to #PUC2020. Sue Browne of Furniture Village joined us to share how one of Britain’s largest independent retailers have worked through this year’s lockdown and social distancing measures and how they are dealing with the ongoing challenges of the pandemic. Ann-Marie Gawen of Unlock your Wellbeing also joined us to share her thoughts on the impact this year’s pandemic has had on people’s mental well-being as well as detailing steps you can take to help your staff and customers deal with the challenges 2020 has brought.

There was also an update from Prime on the Contractor Management application, specifically the Control of Contractor Qualifications and Competencies and a chance to ask questions about this and any other Prime application.

We hope you all found our first online Prime User Conference useful, we hope to run some more online events in 2021 for our customers so watch this space!
