On 21 November 2019 we hosted the annual Prime User Conference at The Birmingham Conference & Events Centre.
This year the focus was on how some of our customers have used various elements of Prime within their business as a wide reaching Business Management tool, taking it beyond Health and Safety management which most of you use our systems for.
We were delighted to welcome a range of speakers to PUC19, amongst them were Caleb Brown from David Lloyd Leisure and David Lakins from Key Digital. Caleb talked about how Prime has been adapted to help David Lloyd meet their operational compliance and customer service standards. Meanwhile, David spoke about the impact of social media and the effect review sites can have on your business. Jackie Gawen, Director of Prime and Chiltern Consulting, also gave a talk about Away Resorts and how they have used their Prime Audit application to help them put the customer experience at the centre of their business.
During the conference Director of Prime Paul Ramsell talked about what Prime have achieved this year, new features and enhancements in Prime and the upcoming work and projects we will be focusing on during 2020. This year has been an exciting one for us as we have launched our offline mobile Incident Reporting app. We also demonstrated some of the other Prime applications to show how Prime can be used for a wide range of business and risk management.
There was time for a panel session which gave attendees an opportunity to fire questions at the panel and exchange ideas and experiences. And after all of that there was still time to network and chat to other users and the Prime team!
