Prime are delighted to announce that they are now proud shirt sponsors of Huddersfield Town Women FC under 15 team. The sponsorship will support with covering costs for kit, equipment and training facilities for the team.
The opportunity to support the club came as a result of Prime director Andy Brown’s history of supporting and coaching grassroots football, working with local boys and girls teams. Andy’s daughter signed for Huddersfield Town Women FC last year and soon after the club appealed for sponsorship. HTWFC are a thriving club but like many other teams at this level the under 15’s are run entirely by volunteers and so rely on companies and individuals to support them to give the players the best chance to reach their full potential and ultimately progress through the ranks to the first team.
Paul Ramsell, Managing Director of Prime, said “Partnerships like these are a brilliant way to support sport in the community and increase our engagement as a business with local causes. With the Lionesses’ fabulous performance in this year’s World Cup it shows that there’s no better time to support women’s football. I’m normally very invested in a certain team that play in a red shirt but will definitely be looking out for the Terriers in their blue stripes now!”
