On 23 November 2023 we hosted the online Prime User Conference, it was great to see record numbers of you on our screens!
2023 has been another big year for us here at Prime and the User Conference gave us the opportunity to show you what we’ve been up to this year, in particular some new developments and features.
Paul discussed accident and incident trends and detailed our new Compliance Monitoring mobile app, highlighting the functions and features we have added to that module this year.
The conference also included a session with Jackie Gawen who provided a useful update on the recent changes in Fire legislation and guidance.
Our Product Manager, Charlie Brinicombe, presented our development plans for next year and provided a sneak peek at what’s coming in 2024.
